Congratulations for finally solving the regulatory maze you enter into Ontario when trying to offer an innovative “consumer friendly” financial product. It’s a shame they are restricting this to accredited investors rather than sophisticated investors. Look at what happened with Madoff, it’s now how much money which determines whether an investors knows what they are doing!!
Anyway, I trust you will have a section to allow start-up businesses to approach “angel” lenders.

Ryerson University has a group which also has person to person lending, call them to find out more info.
