		<description><![CDATA[Bill ... certainly the model has evolved and this time around the structure is not as free and simple as originally conceived back in 2005/6.  Over time we hope to see improvements and enhancements to the model.  Having said that we have some innovative ideas for use of communities within current model, that will become clearer over time.
