Are we getting close for Alberta yet? I have researched over and over and over again and I feel like this is my only hope, but I sure wish I lived in BC right now! How much longer for Alberta??

Is that information that will be provided to lenders on a regular basis so they can build a solid strategy for investing? Or is that information internal?

There is but it is too early to form conclusions. There is just not enough volume nor elapsed time. However the good news is no defaults to date.

Is there any data regarding defaults on the existing loans based upon the borrowers credit rating that have occured since community lends inception?
